Enrollment Process

The 2021-2022 Classes Page is up to date with availability. If you are interested in joining DCP, the enrollment process is below. We are a cooperative preschool and parent involvement is a huge part of our community. We ask all prospective families to read through the members responsibilities page prior to registering, as well as contact us with questions.

Enrollment & Membership

Acceptance into the program is subject to review and approval of the Board of Trustees. Payment of the registration fee to Duvall Cooperative Preschool enrolls your child as a student in the program and ratifies one parent as a member of the Cooperative. DCP reserves the right to conduct background and criminal history checks on any existing or pending member for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the children, parents, instructors and volunteers associated with the Cooperative. All required documentation and fees due must be received before the start of the first day of school. If this material is not complete, your child may not be admitted to the school until it is received.

All enrollment after the start of the school year will begin on the first day of the month, following the completion of enrollment requirements. Enrollment requirements must be completed by the 20th of the month in order for students to start on the first of the following month. (Ex. Paperwork submitted on January 20th the student will start February 1st/or 1st scheduled class of the month).

Requirements to enroll your child at DCP:

  1. Complete and return the Registration Form and Parent Agreement

  1. Submit a registration fee of $100.00 for first child ($50.00 for each additional child) . A check can be mailed to the address listed below. If submitting paperwork electronically, a Quickbooks invoice will be sent to your email. The registration fee must be paid to hold your child’s space.
  1. Submit payment for first month’s tuition and Program & Supply fee prior to the first day of school or 9/1/21, whichever is first. For mid-year enrollment, payments are due prior to the first of the month in which the child will attend DCP

The DCP Registrar will send confirmation of registration and a welcome letter with next steps.
